CANCELLATIONS
We have a 24-hour policy, which means you have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
Requests can be submitted at the e-mail address below.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Though we do empathize with you, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items/packages. At this
time no refunds or replacements will be offered for lost, stolen or damaged items/packages. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Each decision will be handled on a case-by-case basis and the final decision will be made by The Kandy Shoppe, Clark Essentials & etc.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLES
Due to the nature of this product, items can not be resold after handling. Therefore, any items that has been disrupted in any way, and/or removed from it's original packaging, cannot be returned for any reason, even if the mistake is the responsibility of said company, The Kandy Shoppe, Clark Essentials & etc.
To be clear your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, texture undisturbed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, There must be a mistake at the responsibility of The Kandy Shoppe, Clark Essentials & etc. ( i.e. receiving an item other than what you ordered). It must be no more than 5 days after shipping out. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
texture undisturbed and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is inspected and then accepted, you will be sent the correct item. You may be required to make a separate purchase for the new item.

You, the consumer, will be responsible for any shipping charges, unless this is a the mistake of The Kandy Shoppe, Clark Essentials & etc. If an exchange is granted, we’ll notify you via e-mail and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange and being notified of an approval by said company will not be accepted. You can always contact us at askme@thekandyshoppe.com.


REFUNDS
At this time, all sales are final and no refunds will be offered.

SHIPPING

  • Processing time is utilized to promote quality control, test items, correct any errors.  Processing time is 3-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends. 
  • Shipping is 2-3 business days, 6-10 business days for international orders.  Expect delays during holidays and sales periods.  It is highly encouraged that you notify the shipping facility if you will not be available on estimated arrival date/time to make delivery arrangements with the shipping facility.  If unsure of said facility, you may contact us immediately at the e-mail address provided below to inquire. 
  • Shipping/Billing address must match and signature is required.  If these policies have not been met, your order may be canceled. 
  • Returns offered are for items of equal or lesser value.  Add askme@thekandyshoppe.com and askthekandyshoppe@outlook.com in an effort to prevent messages from being sent to the spam folder.  Mistakes can happen so be certain to monitor your spam folder for any corresponding e-mails.
